Paper lost
Sådär, snart kan jag börja plugga. :) Hittade inte pappret med uppsats-infon så jag var tvungen att sortera alla mina osorterade papper. Hittade ändå inte instruktionerna, men till sist kom jag på att instruktionerna var på samma papper som moot court:en.
Uppsatsen ska bestå av 2.500 ord, inte 3.500 som jag skrev tidigare.
Dessa frågor har jag att välja mellan:
1. Was the US/UK action against Iraq in March 2003 legal according to the UN Charter?
2. Is the definition of the groups according to Article II of the Genocide Convention too restrictive? Discuss by assessing the jurisprudence of international tribunals and the Report of the International Commission of Inquiry on Darfur.
